We have compiled a list of gambling sites that we feel offer good value for your gambling dollar.
A considerable amount of time and money went into testing the sites that we chose to place on our
recommended list. Since it is very difficult to obtain an unbiased opinion - most directories are
owned by the casinos themselves - we have decided to spend the money and time necessary to test
the following criteria for each individual gambling site:
- Reliability - Can you trust these guys? Do they pay?
- Email support - How soon do they respond should you have a question?
- Telephone support - Is it toll-free? Are the customer reps knowledgeable and well trained?
- Pay out speed - How soon will you get your money if you hit a "Jackpot" or simply want to withdraw your money?
The testing period lasted over six months. The accounts were registered in the names of the people who agreed to participate in this project. Since we did not want to receive any special treatment the sites' management was not notified.
It was not our goal to test every gambling site on the Internet. With over 1,000 sites it would be an impossible and expensive task. We have tested over 130 sites. As a result we have chosen a number of casinos and several sportsbooks. These sites provided the most reliable and professional service. We never felt that our money were at risk due to
the factors other than gaming itself. All these sites use software developed and tested for fairness by a well known companies. When money was won we received payments within a short period of time. In some cases - within 24 hours.
The absence of a site on our list should not be interpreted as negative for the site in question. Without a doubt there are other companies that deserve your business. We just never had a chance to test them for you. At the same time we can not guarantee that you will experience the same level of service that we received. Having said that we feel that our list should give the players a pretty good idea who runs a reliable gaming operation on-line. We had our people play at these sites. We feel confident enough to recommend them to our visitors without hesitation.
